Product Repair and RMA

Repair service begins with customers obtaining an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from our website. 

Please complete the RMA form with the requested information so we can process your repair quickly and return the repaired product to you.

Routine correction, repair, or maintenance of a Scientech product will be performed within ten (10) business days or less from receipt of the product at Scientech or from written authorization to proceed, for quoted repairs.

Repairs returned without a Scientech RMA will be repaired as time permits.

Repair Shipping and Handling: The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. For warranty repairs, Scientech Inc. is responsible for return shipping and handling charges using our preferred logistics provider.

The safety and health of our employees, the legal regulations governing the handling of material that pose hazards to health and the environment, and the regulations governing occupational safety mandate and require that all equipment returned to Scientech authorized service centers be free of hazardous material. No repair or delays in repair will occur for equipment that is contaminated on the outside surfaces with a substance that we cannot identify as non-hazardous. The person sending the equipment shall be liable to Scientech Inc. and its authorized service centers involved in the handling and repair of the equipment, for any damage caused by hazardous material on the equipment.
